Marvelous Manic Mondays

Oh, linky parties, how I adore you!!!  I was reading through my favorite blogs and several of my favorite girls are linked up to this linky party.  Needless to say, I love these.  I'm not sure why, but it reminds me of when I used to babysit and you'd look in the pantry or refrigerator.  It's interesting getting to see other people's favorite things.  Yes, I know that's sad, but to this day I love seeing inside people's pantries and refrigerators.  However, I don't just go into them.  Usually, I sneak my peak when I'm grabbing a drink or I'm asked to put up something.

12. Favorite movie you watched:

I have lots of favorite movies, but this one came on this weekend.  It reminded me how much I love a good sports movie.

11. Favorite TV series:

I have several favorites, but right now this is definitely at the top of my list. 

10. Favorite restaurant:

Right now this is my favorite because I am majorly craving lettuce wraps and the best Mongolian beef ever.  Every time I go, I get enough to bring home for lunch the next day.

9. Favorite new thing you tried:

I have to say blogging or Teachers Pay Teachers.  I have always been completely against blogging.  I always tried journaling and was awful.  I've tried blogs in the past, but this time it's been easier. 

8. Favorite gift you got:

A year and a half ago, my hubby got me an iPad II for my birthday, anniversary, Christmas, etc. gift.  I have to say, it is still my favorite thing I own.

7. Favorite thing you pinned:

There are SO many I could never decide on one, so I picked my favorite quote.  It's what I live by.  I want to know I used every ounce of what God has given me.

6. Favorite blog post:

I think my favorite blog post is the one I did about fairy tales.  That was a really fun week at school and I loved that we all dressed up. 

5. Best accomplishment:

Not sure... I know that's sad, but really not sure.  

4. Favorite picture:

I have 6 nieces and nephews, but this picture is definitely one of my favorites.  It's a picture of my sister's little girl and I swear she's the sassiest, funniest, little girl I know.  She is my sister's mini me and this picture just gives you a glimpse of her personality.

3. Favorite memory:

Field Day - I always love working hard on something and seeing everything come together.  There's nothing better than seeing smiling parents, 100 volunteers, and tons of smiling kids on a sunny day enjoying just being together.  

2. Goal for 2013:

Follow through on losing weight.

1. One Little Word:

That's a hard one... I'd have to say "focused".  This word wraps all of my hopes, dreams, ambitions, and desires into one.  I can't get anywhere without focus.
